How much should I get?
Meats
We recommend ½ pound of meat per person. If you have 10 guests, we would recommend 5lbs. Order more, who doesn’t love leftovers!
There is a 2lb minimum for each meat ordered.
Sides
We recommend a pint for 2-3 people and a quart for 4-6 people. The ½ Pans of Max N Cheese and Cole Slaw will feed about 20.
Sauce
A pint of sauce is enough for 6-8 people.
How do I pick it up?
During the checkout process, you will select a date to pick up the order. A Smoked on High employee will call to confirm your order and get the exact time for pickup. Please try show up at that time. If you come earlier, your order won’t be ready. If you come later, your order will have been sitting around waiting for you.
When you arrive at the restaurant, let the person behind the counter know you are here to pick up an order! We do have a parking lot out back and you can come up the ramp to use the side door. That way you don’t have to wait in line!
What if I want it delivered?
That means you clicked the wrong button! You need to be on our catering page where you can submit a quote or email catering@smokedonhigh.com. We do have a $300 minimum for delivery for catering, and all dates/times subject to availability.
Heating Instructions
Keeping it warm
After you pick it up, place in the oven at 175 degrees until ready to eat
Reheating
Place in oven at 250 degrees until the internal temperature is 160 degrees, which should roughly be an hour. Obviously, the more meat you have the longer it will take and vice-versa.
